Who we are
Glow Invitations creates digital event invitations. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
Data we collect
From clients: name, email, phone, event details, and payment confirmation (we never store card numbers). From guests who RSVP: name and any details they choose to share. From visitors: anonymous analytics, only with your consent.
Why we use it
To create and host your invitation, process payments, manage RSVPs, send service emails, and (with consent) measure site traffic. We rely on contract performance and legitimate interest as legal bases.
Sharing
We use trusted processors — Supabase (hosting/database, EU region), Mollie and Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
Retention
Order and guest data is kept while your invitation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
