Digital service
Because each invitation is custom-made for you, the legal right of withdrawal for digital services ends once design work begins, which you agree to at checkout.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we start designing, you receive a full refund. Just email us promptly.
If something is wrong
If the delivered invitation does not match your order, we will fix it. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion.
